hi, i have windows me and when i start up my computer to the loging on part a message come up. it says error starting program, arequired .DLL file,C:\winds\system\comectl32.dll,was not found.


the the 2nd box comes up with

Error loading explorer.exe. you must reinstall windows

so do i have to reinstall windows??
can u plz help me???

Check your spelling.

Is this the correct spelling, comectl32.dll, or should it be COMCTL32.dll?

yes it should be COMCTL32.dll sorry

Try extracting a new copy of the COMCTL32.dll.
