Hi B52. Welcome to TSG. What is the exact error message you are receiving when you try to open up Help and Support? When did this problem start happening? Do a Search (Start>Search) for the file you mentioned and let us know what you find. I have WinMe and I have this file in both C:\Windows\System as well as C:\Windows\PCHealth\Support. If you need this file, let me know and I will send it to you.

HI Sharon D,
The message reads Error Starting Program A required .DLL file,
MSVCP60.DLL,was not found.
The next message below that reads Windows cannot access the specified device,path or file.You may not have the appropriate
permissions to access the item.
I tihnk the problem may have started when I uninstalled some programs from my computer.
I have found the file in C:\Windows\PCHealth\Support but I have no idea what to do next to get my Help and support files working again so I'd really appreciate it if you cuold help.Thanks!!

Yes, Tony is correct. Just right click on the MSVCP60.DLL file that you found in C:\Windows\PCHealth\Support and Copy, then navigate to C:\Windows\System, right click and Paste the file you copied. Then open up Help and Support and see if it is working ok.
