i'm running winxp on a p4 pc.
on certain webpages i get scripting errors and an "expected object does not load". this usually happens on my blog-manager page where there should be a script to edit comments. that edit comments bit does not show up. i thought that this was a service-related problem and had nothing to do with my pc until i did a format yesterday.
after the format, when i logged onto my blog manager, i could see the "edit comments" option under each of my posts. today it has again disappeared. in the interim i've been loading all the windows updates, ms java machine, software like photoshop, dreamweaver and NAV 2003.
what i would like to know is:
1. can this disappearing script be specific to my pc?
2. what would be the cause of it?
3. how can i fix it?
