First, go to ADD and REMOVE PROGRAMS in your Control Panel and look for and remove both of these if present in the list: NEW.NET and/or SAVE NOW.

DOWNLOAD, UPDATE and RUN "SpyBot Search and Destroy" from here: http://www.lurkhere.com/~nicefiles/
After running a scan with SpyBot click SELECT ALL ITEMS then click FIX SELECTED PROBLEMS. It is safe to delete (fix) anything it finds in red.

Also, DOWNLOAD, UPDATE (click second icon from top right) and RUN "Adaware" from here: http://www.lavasoft.de/support/download/
After the scan is done click Next, check ALL BOXES then click delete.

Then post back here for futher instructions should you still have problems.

Go to http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/ and download HiJackThis. Use Winzip to unzip it, then install and run it. To run, click the ?Scan? button. When it's done the "Scan" button changes to "Save Log". Save the log file it creates (it should open in Notepad at that point). Copy and paste the results in your next post. Most of what it finds is harmless, so do not do anything yet. Someone will be glad to help you sort out any of the baddies that may be in there.

IF you get an error saying msvbvm60.dll is missing,
Download the and run MS visual basic 6.0 runtime files
