When restarting I get a message C:\Windows\system\riched20.DLL appears to be corrupt.Reinstall the file and try again. How do I go about reinstalling the file. I don't know what it is or where the file might be or how to do the reinstall after I find it. RonT22

Ron you may try to re register the dll...
go to start
run and paste this in the box and hit ok.
regsvr32 riched20.DLL.dll

See if thats help.
