Its difficult to be more helpful, but the error code simply refers to "Access to the input device has been lost. It must be re-acquired"
Now this may indicate that the file you are trying to install is not available, or that you are losing the connection with the server, or none of the above.
Are you installing from the web, or downloading the file completely, then installing the file? While you say"downloading", I wonder if you mean "installing" from a CD?
If you are installing from a CD, try cleaning the CD. Warm soapy water is fine, and polish with a soft lint-free cloth.
If downloading from the web, post back and advise the URL of the download site.
