i cannot delet file pic1324(1)(1)(4)(1)(7)(1)
access denied the source file may be in use ...the computer show sthis message when i try to delete... what can i do.. it was sent to my daughter and she unknowingly tried to open and it became an error .

Run an updated antivirus scan to positively identify the infection, and detect anything else that might be present (an updated scanner should have identified it). You can do an online scan here:

It is probably this one, and usually following the instructions in this link fully and carefully results in successful deletion. Let us know how it goes; if you have any problems we can offer some specific advice.

Note the exact names and locations of any infected files. After editing the registry and restarting you should be able to delete them.
