When I am in control panel and press any program I get the following error message. " cannot find C:\windows\run\\32.exe or one of its components. Make sure the path and file name are correct and that all required libraries are available. I have windows 98. I also requested help on this Jan 15, but I forgot to tell you about the control panel.

Try this:

Start
Run
MSCONFIG
Use the Extract Function
Copy the Rundll32.exe file from the CAB files
Extract to C drive
Windows
Then Click ok.

BTW, the original post seems to be a bit confusing. The actual error message should say, : cannot find C:\windows\rundll32.exe
