I just reformatted a dell dimension L866R and changed the windows to xp pro. Since changing the boot order in the BIOS this message will appear. When you press any key the message just keeps repeating itself in a loop.

When you put the windows cd and don't boot from the disk windows will come up. I cannot access the BIOS to try and change the boot order which I think that it might be.

Previously the computer had windows 98SE but the video drivers would be recognized. Decided to upgrade to newer windows version.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
