Error 4101 - NVIDIA RTX 2080 w/Max-Q

Hi all,
I've been dealing with this issue for a few months now and haven't had any luck on my own, so I figured I'd try sending up a flare.

On certain games (some trigger the error, some don't) the graphics freeze after a few minutes of gameplay, but the audio continues. If I hit controls, I can hear the noises of navigating menus, etc. This lasts for a couple minutes before the screen goes black and I get an error popup stating that Direct3D is unable to lock a buffer.

After trial and error, I managed to narrow down the error in the Event Viewer to 4101: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully restarted. From what I understand, it's the generic something-is-wrong-with-your-graphics-card-but-we-don't know-what error.

I've tried un/reinstalling the games, reinstalling drivers after a Display Device Uninstaller pass, installing several different older versions of the drivers, doing a full memtest (no errors), and even a full factory reset. Still happens.

Affected games I've noticed are Elite Dangerous:Horizons, Warframe (both through Steam). Beat Saber (Steam) runs without issue.

Any ideas?

DxDiag output is attached.
