The company I work for is in the USA and is running a US version of 64 bit MS-Windows 8.1 Professional on desktop computers. We are running MS-Office 2013. Several people exchange MS-Excel files with the factory in Taiwan. A few people are finding it cumbersome to edit or enter Chinese text into cells using a standard American keyboard.
One person is asking if would be possible to attach some type of small drawing pad and stylus to the desktop so that they can hand write the text, rather than going through any kind of gyrations with an American keyboard. Is this possible? If so, are there any recommendations for an input device and any extra software that may be needed?
