Encryption W7 Pro 64-bit

When I create any document, (file), Word, Jpg, Xls, and save it to a folder it automatically becomes "encrypted", file shows up green when the folder is opened. Same if I move a file, (black), from one folder to another. Rules say I can't swear but I want to; I'm tired of going to "attributes", and fixing.

OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1, 64 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 60 Stepping 3
Processor Count: 4
RAM: 8143 Mb
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 635, 1024 Mb
Hard Drives: C: 906 GB (737 GB Free);
Motherboard: Dell Inc., 0KWVT8
Antivirus: Kaspersky Total Security, Enabled and Updated

I know it says how to enable disable encryption in Vista, but Win 7 is basically a refurbished Vista. There is a manual way to edit the registry but if your not comfortable with that use the downloadable reg file but I would still check the registry where the manual instructions point to, to make sure the entries are actually there before you run the reg file just to be safe.. I would make sure that no files are encrypted before you turn it off or you might not be able to de-crypt them afterwords. For that reason it would be a good idea to download both the on and off reg files and put them somewhere you can find them easily in case you need to turn it back on occasionally when you find a missed blue file.
