you are correct. thank-you.

i never really checked word.

i deal mainly in excel & that's why i posted the question. i know there is a way....just need to find it in excel as i send out reports to many persons so they can read them easily w/o having to have their IT install the fonts.

I can convert it to pdf with the free pdf open source converters, but it's a linked workbook for industrial PPAPs. I'd just like to embed the GD&T (again free) fonts. I guess i could convert the whole ppap into pdf but editing is a pain if you don't have full adobe installed.
