If your email client has theoption of leaving email copies on the server select this option. Outlook Express has this option if I am not mistaken.

If you can use Microsoft Outlook, do the following:

OUtlook saves your mailbox data to a file with the .pst extension.

Just share out that file with the other computer and direct your email to it. However, only 1 computer can access a .pst file at a time.

In Outlook Express click on Tools and then Accounts. Highlight the account you wish to share, and click "Properties" Click on Advanced and check the box to leave a copy of the message on the server. Check the "Remove from server when deleted from deleted items folder" also. The messages can then be accessed from any PC with outlook express configured for that mail account.

Copy your email setup including the above to computer #2.

No, drafts using otlook express would be stored on the local machine. To have that ability, you would need to access the email server through a web page which may be an option, but talk to your ISP, or have an in house exchange server.

You can use pst files but not in OE. If you do use .pst files you cannot access them at the same time either and all the emails are offline copies. Outlook Express uses iaf fiels not pst files for an information store. Sorry my answer wasn't to your liking but unless you use a mail server or leave a copy on the server you are out of luck. If it is on your mail server what's the difference? Both would be able to access it, no file sharing issues with having a PST file open.
