when my friend receives any email the writing is so tiny its impossible to read! any thoughts as to why this has happened or how to fix it would be great!cheers all:up:

What email client is being used to read the mail?
If it is Outlook Express, it is as simple as hlding down Ctrl while using the scroll wheel to zoom in and out.
If it is a web based mail provider, click page/text size and that should let you make it larger.

thanks....i will get her to try this later on, i'm not sure if she has a scroll wheel on the mouse tho, how will she get round this?
