Hello everyone

i want to ask about email client. i have email address for customer service company in my office. Email address is [email protected]. Thats email address used several computer around 20 computer..

Currently i'm using POP3 and for mail client i'm using Ms. Outlook. But everyday so many email recieve.. until 40Gb pst file, and make computer too very slow.

I Already to try use IMAP, but any computer not receive email in mailbox..

Any solution ? please help

Does your email server have an online portal? Where is the email server located?

How is the email account used on other computers?

Gmail is a good email service. You can connect to other accounts that support POP or IMAP.
