Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. 1. Same as on any other computer: http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml
2. Try F1, or if that doesn't work DEL, F2, or F10. Watch the initial boot screens for what key to press to the BIOS Setup. You may need to press ESC or TAB to clear the eMachines logo.
