When composing an e-mail in Outlook 2002 (which I've only used about twice) when you start to type a name in the "To" field, after a few characters it will display a combo box with a list of all matching addresses you've previously e-mailed.

I've found where I can turn this feature off (Under Tools, Options), but I've been asked how to edit the list so that only a few addresses appear. I have been assured it's been done before, but I can't find out how to do it anywhere.

Can anyone tell me how to edit the list?
