I have easzy backup software and want to back up to a cd. From the instructions it seems I have to have pre-formatted discs.

The cd-rw on the computer is a Nero5. I don't understand how I pre-format.

Do I have to save to the the hard drive and then copy to the cd or is there a way I can do this direct.

Both the software and the cd-rw drive are new to me.

I guess I don't understand the instructions - can anyone explain it to me please?
