From time to time (but frequently enough to be an annoyance) I get this effor on my Dell notebook on shut down. The CPU is only about 3 months old and I've been getting this error since I got it but didn't have the luxury of returning it. I've googled this a few times but have found nothing helpful, other than that it is a necessary aspect of the error reporting program in Windows
