I am having problems with Dr Watson. Actuallly, I am receiving two error messages just about every time I logoff of windows (we have several users but seem problem only exits on one).

Error 1: Dwwin.exe - DLL Initialization Failed - The application failed to initialize because windows is shutting down.

Error 2: End Program - ccapp - The program is not responding.

Any advise. Thank you.

you could try disabling debugging start,rgt click my computer,properties,advanced,start up and recovery settings and disable write an event,send a report,auto restart

I finally got in contact with Norton to get teh the ccapp error fixed, thank you. But no luck yet with the dwwin.exe error. Any more suggestions?

I dunno know abt the prob but I came across wonderful logo design software at http://www.logosmartz.com. It’s really doing well for me. You people should also give it a try....
