I purchased this software at Best Buy so that I could make back-up copies of my DVD collection. On some of the DVD'S, while copying, after beginning the process, I get an error message that says that the DVD has encripted data. I get kicked out of the program, and therefore cannot make a backup of that DVD. Is there away aound this, or is there a way to update my software? I did not notice a way to update the software from within the program. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
