I'm experiencing problem trying to dualboot 98 and 2k on a fat32 system.

could someone explain how to proceed with the partitions and all?

Some of the basics are:

Install Win98 first on the FAT32 partition. Then install Windows2000.

Keep all data you want recognized by both operating systems on a FAT32 partition.

Decide how you want to install applications. They can all be in the same directory on the same partition recognized by the both operating systems. This saves disk space but has other ramifications.

But what is the problem you are experiencing.
