i have a hp laptop, model number G62 - 339WM, and i tried to install a fresh copy of windows 10 and when i deleted all of the partitions on my drive, i continued but got a error message saying that it couldnt find the drivers, of course i googled it and it brought me to all of these conclusions that didnt work, i then got a message from a friend saying i need to install new drivers, because when i click on the load driver option, it shows nothing to load with, only a message saying, no drivers were found. I really want my laptop up and running again, but i dont have any money to go get it fixed, can anyone tell me exactly what drivers i need to install so it can read the hard drive so i can install windows?

Hi and welcome to TSG.

Please explain in more detail how you are trying to install Windows 10.
How did you make the install media ? DVD or Usb stick ?
i created a windows 10 iso usb device, just like a dvd but in usb for using a usb tool on my desktop. anything else you need to know?
Ok, what software did you use to make the Usb ?
the title of the program is windows 7 usb dvd download tool, i was using this to downgrade in hopes of fixing the problem and later upgrading again with the drivers installed but nothing

HP G62-339WM Notebook PC (support site)

According to its specifications section, this model notebook originally came with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, which can be confirmed by looking at its C-O-A sticker.

According to its software and drivers section, it doesn't provide drivers for Windows 10, but that doesn't mean it doesn't support and doesn't have drivers for Windows 10.

According to the description of its primary devices(graphics, audio, ethernet, wireless, touchpad), they do support and have drivers for Windows 10.

The install of Windows 10 should install the drivers for some or all of these devices.
If it doesn't, they can be obtained elsewhere and then installed.

You will have better success installing Windows 10 if you create and use a bootable DVD instead of creating and using a bootable USB thumb drive.

can you send me a link to the exact version of windows 7 used on this device so i can install it, just need it running, i can install windows 10 later on, but for now, i can stick with win 7, i just need the link so i can download the iso, and also, will the iso file be corrupt if i burn it to a usb drive?
You can purchase the Windows 7 64-bit reinstall disc kit for that model notebook from HERE.
Enter its serial number and then click the "Add to cart" button and then follow the instructions.
What is the exact serial number on it?

and this disc will install all of the drivers necessary for my laptop right?
That's the reinstall disc kit that reverts that notebook back to its original new condition.
All the device drivers and programs that originally came with it will be installed.
Once you're done, you'll have hours of updating to do to bring it up-to-date to August 2018.

You're welcome, and good luck. (y)
