driver issues

Hi there,
I have recently built my own custom PC
(intel i5-4690 / msi gaming 3 motherboard / geforce gtx710 graphics / corsair cs750m psu / corsair vengeance 16gb 2400mhz ddr3 RAM / corsair H110 AIO cpu cooler) I don't have a disk drive

my boot drive is an m.2 intel 600p ssd

I have managed to build the pc and do the initial install of windows 10 pro. I have installed SOME drivers (not network or usb or chipset) however it required me to do a restart almost instantly- which I have done- but now the usb ports no longer work in windows.
my predicament is I cannot get into windows to install the remainder of the drivers

I can activate the bios and see the keyboard and mouse in bios system but as soon as I go further into windoows they shut off instantly, I cannot even log in to force safe mode...

I cannot even do a fresh install of windows due to the fact that even boot media shuts down the usb ports

any suggestions???

many thanks

(ps- \i know my graphics card currently sucks, I will be upgrading very soon- I only got that one to get the system going/)

I have recently built my own custom PC
BEFORE you did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro 64-bit in your newly-built computer, you should've identified the primary devices(chipset, graphics, audio, ethernet, wireless, etc.) in it and obtained the drivers for them.
AFTER the install was complete, you should've installed those drivers.
Note: The chipset driver should always be installed first.
msi gaming 3 motherboard
Is THIS the motherboard you have, or is it a different one?
I have managed to build the pc and do the initial install of windows 10 pro
Which "Version" and "Build" of Windows 10 Pro 64-bit did you install?

--------------------------------------------------------------
that is the motherboard

as far as the version or build goes, the latest one available via windows download tool

https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10
Type winver in the search box, then press the Enter key.
When the small window appears, advise what the "Version" number and "Build" number is.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Go to that motherboard's site with the webpage link that I provided you with in post #2.
Click "Support", then click "Driver", then select "Win 10 64".
The list of drivers will appear.

Download and save these primary drivers:
Intel Chipset
Intel VGA
Realtek High Definition Audio
Killer Network

The chipset driver needs to be installed first before installing the other drivers.
Note: Restart the computer after installing each driver.

--------------------------------------------------------------

geforce gtx710 graphics
There is no such model number as "GeForce GTX 710", so I'm not sure which graphic card model you have.

The graphics card is irrelevant- although it's a GT 710, my mistake

Either way I cannot do this because my issue is that I cannot use USB ports at all. So I cannot "Type winver in the search box, then press the Enter key"

My USB ports not working is the root of my issue, I cannot access or adjust Windows without the USB ports.
