Last year I installed a 32Mg ATI radeon graphics card into my HP Pavilion, 700MHz. After this installation whenever I play the game Driver there are two dimensional blue boxes around the tires, and trees, and several other items during game play that look as if they should be transparent.
Any thoughts?

You need to adjust the setting in the game to lower textures. Or they allready are too low. Adjust the colors on you desktop to the highest or at least 256. Maybe that will work for you..
