I'm looking for a program that will allow me to write an email, but send it at a time that I specify. In-other-words, I want to write an email now, then have it sent at a (later) scheduled time, so I don't have to be here to personally send it.

The Eudora mail program supports this. You can save the message and then queue it to be sent at a later date.
