I have Windows XP, use MSN as home page, and receive email in Outlook Express. I don't know what search my computer is set for.
When I open my home page (MSN. com), I receive a message: A program on your computer has corrupted your default search provider setting for Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer has reset this to your original search provider, Bing www.bing.com. Internet Explorer will now open Search Settings, where you can change this setting or install more search providers.
When Search Settings come up, I have listed Bing (unabled), Bing default (abled), Google (unabled), and Yahoo (unabled).
I have to shut these two notices off every time I open Internet Explorer. This all started when "See Suggested Sites" was added below my Favorites collumn. Can I stop this from happening? Thanks
