Do I Delete All the Temporary Files?????

Hi, I put in the RUN place %temp%, and 827 temporary files come up.........they are taking up 53.1 MB of space.......do I delete them all? What is the difference between them and the temporary internet files ????? Can I get rid of all of them????? I am confused....any help would be greatly appreciatedI have Windows 2000 Pro

Download ccleaner and install it. It is a great little program to remove temporary files and such.
