well i'm trying to install this program on my xp system and when i try to run it, it says it needs this dll, the error says something like Class Not Registered, This dll needs to be installed on this machine. or something like that well i downloaded the dll and put it in the system folder of windows and in the folder where the program is but it still has the same error
