Disk Error

So I bought this game and installed it and It and the installation went smoothly, and I went to play it and the error came up and it told me that I was using the wrong disk and that I should switch them (2 disk installation). So I did and it prompted me with the same error. Well I then went to the store and traded it in for a new copy, and once again I had the same error.

Any help?

Sometime on games when you insert a second disk etc. Dont click ok straight away try waiting til the disk starts spinning, once you can hear it doing its thing then click ok
