I have a hard drive and I’m trying to load up computer management but most of it is black and whenever you try click something the writing disappears
Is this a hard drive fault or is it fixable?

Now I tried to do some memory checker thing and now I'm locked out of my pc completely

What Memory Checker did you try?

Also, what is name and source of this Computer management program you are trying load?

Have you powered off the computer and then started it up?

Yup fresh windows on my ssd
Move game files over from hard drive to ssd
