Direct X problem

I have the latest version of directX 12 which is the latest version of directX and I heard by having the latest version of directX that all versions should work but I am getting this error. I turned on legacy components. I am using windows 10

What hardware do you have? Download and run the TSG tool and post the the results.

What games?

Where did you get them from.

There more information you provide, the more likely you are to get a helpful response.

I dont remember where I got the game from it's been awhile but it's sims 2. Where is the TSG tool I looked it up but I could not find it

I fixed the problem I just added -w at the end of the target path

No problem it's my pleasure that is why I shared my solution. Also I ran into the problem again but it was do to me not having my system updated
