Got an email:

Hello Eddie,

I am operating on windows 98, and my problem is that everything displaying on the screen is too large. So, to try to fix that I went to the control panel -> display-> settings. However, because the dialog box is so big, I can not access the OK button at the bottom after changing the pixels. The box is so large that I can not move it on the screen with the curser.

Thanks,

First off, its better to reply direct to the thread, as I may not be here, and others may be able to assist you :)

Just type in the empty box at the bottom, or click on post Reply ;)

Back to the question.....

Go to Control Panel | Display. Settings tab. What does the screen area say? See if you can raise the slider bar up a notch. Also, what Color are you using, as in does it say 16bit, 32bit or something else?

Then, back in the Control Panel | System. Device Manager. Under Display will be your graphics card. What is it? Then, rightclick and choose properties to find the driver version.

Also, go to Start | Run and type DXDIAG. Which version have you got installed?
