I cant access my aol broad band using aol 9, and their helpdesk in their wisdom told me to delete the connectivity files, but on ringing back ive been told its the dial up networking in my ME thats at fault as i can access aol 8 on dial up. Have tried doing maintenance wizard, scandisk and defrag, its not working, system wont restore to my previous date, and im a bit stuck! Any advice would be appreciated! I have a windows ME disk but i dotn know what to do with it for repairs, and i dont want to click on set up incase i end up messing the lot up!
i also need to know how to save my drivers onto cd please? Thanks in advance!
Christine
The other reason why it may not have been answered is that as more threads get posted, older ones drop down. I try and look at some that have no replies for the last week.
If no one replies to a thread, to *bump* it to the top, just reply to it
