I will try to explain what I did.
I Just start click to:
settings-control panel- systems-systems properties-hardware-device manager.
So when I click on the device manager tab, the window is empty.
Please help !!

Go to Control Panel, Admin Tools, Services, and double-click Plug and Play. Start the service if it is not running.

I did, but still the same problem.
Can you think something else, please!!!!!!!!! :confused:
