I am no longer able to copy a complete CD or burn a CD to the computer. Ultimately the program freezes and says I need to re-install and when I try it tells me I already have a more advanced copy. If I do re-install Musicmatch Jukebox will I be able to get back the Plus version 9.0. I purchased the deal to get all future versions of Jukebox free of charge.

Since you bought 'all future versions' your key should work with any version of MM. Instead of version 9, I would go with 10 which you can get here http://partners.musicmatch.com/archives/.

If you have IE7, rollback to IE6 before you reinstall MM because MM doesn't work with IE7. Also if you have iTunes, uninstall that since it conflicts with MM.

I'd stay away from the Yahoo Jukebox for now since it doesn't have the functionality of MM, but hopefully with the newer versions they'll have something that comes close.
