Do you have a Windows 7 install or rescue disk or another computer to download files and create disks or USB drives from?

When you hit F8, it does not bring up the Startup repair options?

How to boot to Safe mode when no repair Disk
Press the power on button to start and shut down the computer 2-3 times and the Windows Recovery Environment should come up to the troubleshooting options menu.

• Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings
• After your PC restarts
• Select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking
• If Safe Mode options do not work then select command prompt

Hihi first off thanks for a quick reply, no I don't have a Windows recovery disc, the laptop was secondhand when I received it and I don't believe it would have come with any anyway, I don't have another computer but have a tablet I could try to download and put onto a USB stick but I can't get the laptop to do anything apart from startup to where I said, even if I change to boot to usb it still goes to same place, no f8 key does not bring anything up.
Just tried to do the power button thing and still nothing just loads to the same thing.

I missed you image. How are you booting to command prompt or is this what happens as soon as you boot? It looks like DRMK is the Dell DOS Shell from OLD resource CD's or Diag Partition. On Very old Dells. Make sure you don’t have a disk in your drive. I have no idea why you are seeing this though. I have a feeling it may not have a legit copy of Windows installed.

How do I find where the bios is to find if harddrive there? Sorry fairly new to all these problems, what happend is I tried a factory reset originally as laptop was playing up a lot think had virus, from there the factory reset didn't work properly and when laptop restarted it just cam up with that.
Is the link where I can download the windows from? Is this ok to put on usb stick?

Do you have the license key to download the windows 7 iso file I provided. It is the only way to legally download a copy?
