I have a Dell Inspiron B130 running Windows XP. The machine locked up and I get a repeated UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME error. The technical info shows as follows in the DOS mode:
STOP 0x000000ED (0X82FCEB20, 0XC0000006, 0X00000000, 0X00000000). The CDs I have are as follows:
DRIVERS AND UTILITIES
APPLICATION
OPERATING SYSTEM SERVICE PACK 2
How do I get this up and running and not lose what is on my hard drive. I cannot get past the DOS screen and it will not go into Safe Mode either from DOS. The laptop is probably 4 years old. Thanks!
