Usually when I press the delete button on the keyboard or sometimes if I go to move a file from one place to another (Drag & Drop). Any idea's as to the problem? If so can it be resolved? Thanks in Advance!

Can't seem to type OR spell these days!

You could try going to Start:run.. type MSCONFIG, click on the startup tab and uncheck everything except systray and your anti-Virus. Or boot up into Safe Mode and see if the problem still happens...

This problem could be caused by a couple of things. First clean the hard drive.

Instructions can be found on my site at the following URL. Follow the instructions followed by the 3 red *. Then drop down and follow the instructions for "msconfig" and then find the listing for file and deleting them.

This should help you with your problem.

To expand on Jest8’s suggestion – don’t disable scan registry in startup unless you daily back up your registry yourself. The registry backups it makes can be valuable at times. Also don’t disable your firewall if you have one, especially if you connect via cable.

Thanks for the comment on my post :)

I should have finished the post properly....I just wanted to see if anything in startup was causing the problem... If the suggestion fixed it, then add the startup programs 1 or 2 at a time to see what exactly was causing the issue.

Sometimes my brain feels like it has a short... connected most of the time but occasionaly drops of....
