First what you want to do is open up real player
click on view and click on preferences
On the upgrade tab click reassociate. Uncheck all of the options.
click ok and exit
Open your media player and i believe it is in view
Click view and then click options
then click format
and select all that you want by checking the boxes
that should work but if it doesnt
