D drive is completely gone (Windows 10)

Any help would be greatly appreciated! After reformatting my computer and reinstalling windows through a thumb drive my D drive completely disappeared. I have 250 GB SSD in C drive and supposed to have 2 TB in D drive. After looking at computer management it says I have under Disk 0, which I'm assuming is my D drive, that it's Unallocated and that it's online. How do I reinstate my D drive? I've rescanned disks and still nothing! Please help!

So because of this I'm only able to save and install under my 250 GB SSD which doesn't have a lot of space.

It sounds like D: drive got formatted, or lost it's partition.

How did you reinstall windows? did you leave the 2TB drive connected while doing the reinstall?
You can go to Disk management you should right-click on the unallocated part of Disk 0 and select New Simple Volume

Do you have a current backup of anything important on the drive?

Thank you guys for your help! @FlyingEagle123 Thanks so much! That corrected the issue! Something so simple to do but when you're computer illiterate everything seems hard! @crjdriver no I had nothing important. @Couriant best buy is the one who formatted the whole thing and gave it back to me like this.
