I perused the monitor problem posts and did not find my problem listed
I hav a CTXPL9 monitor App. 3 years old. For several wks now, it is slow to display on initial sys boot and when turn on from sleep mode. When it does display subtle horz lines moving bottom to top and darker line APP. 1/2 in wide across screen 1/2 way up and near top of screen.
Being an old TV tech I want to say a Cap in PS but not sure about monitor circuits. Any advise would be appreciated...James(KYBO)
