I don't know of any way to accomplish your goal with Word. You may want to consider a web-based form. They can be designed to email the results or store the results in a database. Or, they can be designed not to save the data at all. If you already have a Word form, however, a good web designer can emulate it using ASP, PHP, or even HTML. Do you have a website designer in-house?
A Word form opened by a PC will always have the File-Save as option...
