Create Process () returned 2e4

this is the message I get when trying to launch this steam game. It never used to happen before until my lil bro added some MUST BE ADMINISTRATOR thing to it. PLEASE tell me how to repair this if possible

Antivirus: Windows Defender, Disabled

You have THIS HP 14-dq0011dx Notebook PC.
It was purchased in November 2019 and came with Windows 10 Home in S mode.
It appears to still have all of its original hardware.
HP does not have any driver support for it for Windows 11.

You didn't say how old your little brother is, but is he able to describe to you exactly what he did to your notebook?
Just saying he added some administrator thing doesn't help.

What is the game?

In general, open File Explorer, follow the path that should be displayed in the error message to find the games executable (.exe) file. Right click on that, select Properties, click on Compatibility tab, uncheck 'Run this program as an administrator'.
