Hi everyone - i'm new here here :eek: and i really hope that the people here can help me out. I work in a place where EVERYTHING is done by email. A lot of information is stalled in each workers outlook as this is the main way we communicate with our customers.
To cut a long story short - everybody has between 700 to 4000 emails stored on his/her computer. I want to find a way to create a database that will store the email address, subject, date etc. of each persons emails. i can then create a .pst file with a name like [username.date2date], empty his/her outlook for easier day-to-day use, and if I need to search for a specific email - I can search the database and then restore the backup file and access the info. If there is a way to see the contents of the .pst file without importing it EVEN BETTER (something like copernic, maybe).
I hope there is a way to do this as I would hate to lose years and years of info.
