Hi there,
yesterday i tried to connect my mobile phone with my pc. I always knew that the handset manager (the program for the connection) was a little crappy. Sometimes it crashes my whole system (you know with that f%^$&ng blue screen and the restart...
Well yesterday it overdid it (about 4-5 times in a row), and after the last time, windows won't even start... They load, ok, i go to the profile selection screen, ichoose my profile and then... a big nice old-fashioned blue screen and a restart.
Anyway, the computer can get to safe mode with no problem at all and that is how i'm writing this topic.
i uninstalled the drivers of the phone. I have tried to repair windows (i boot with the cd in the driver and then i go to repair),nothing. I tried autorecovery, nothing. It just denies starting in normal mode.
In safe mode, i went to the event viewer in administrative tools, and i noticed that there is an error notice from Service Control Manager about the same time it has the crashes.. I think that they may have to do something with the problem (maybe they don't...)
The error tells this:
....mplah mplah
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
Fips
intelppm
SAVRTPEL
For more information, see Help and Support Center at.........mplah mplah
Please i would be grateful for any help!!
I have been trying to figure this out for 2 days
sorry for the size of my topic!
