My machine is Intel Celeron 2.4, Intel 845, 128 DDR RAM, Window XP Professional. I have recently installed windows. When I start the machine the CPU fan makes toooooooooooooooo............ much noise. After 5 minutes or so the noise starts reducing and gradually comes to normal. What is this??????? How do I solve this problem?

Try cleaning the fan with a soft paint brush (gently) and a can of air duster.
You may want to do this outside if there is a lot of dust
If it still makes a noise the bearings could be shot and you will need to replace the heatsink.
Post back if you need help replacing the heatsink

No need to get carried away with text attributes, that does nothing for solving your problem. :)

If you tell us the make/model of the MB, we can offer further recommendations. It sounds like the bearings are going on the fan, and a speedy replacement is probably warranted.
