Ok, can someone please tell me why, when I go to the cookie list in Explorer vs. the cookie folder in Windows, there are significantly MORE files in the Windows folder? AND....is it pretty much safe to get rid of all of them? There are like 197 showing in the list when I go through Explorer/Tools/Options, and there's 1551 in the Windows/Cookies folder. They all appear to be junk as far as I can tell??

Thanks!

TT:)

Hiya Its certainly safe to delete all of them you are getting quite a few in there, but they will just start to build up again with every site you visit, they are doing no harm really except taking up space so if your short of that be ruthless woman, exterminate them ......

Hiya TT About your other part of the question, the shorter list I think possibly you were looking at the temporary internet files that are needed for running the computer and are supposed to be deleted anyway when browser closes ........
