The frame rate of a xbox and/or a PS2 showing on a NTSC tv only has to be 60 frames a second.. I don't understand the question..

As far as if it would handle it, it would depend on how the programmers designed/modified the program to suit the hardware.. PC software is written to take advantage of newer equipment and technologies, along with a great number of different video cards.. When programming for a PS2, or xbox, the programmers can center their attention on, and optimize for, just the hardware that it will be running on. Also, you'll have less overhead from stay memory resident programs and resource hogs like virus scanners that are always running in the background on a windows machine.. Therefore, newer programs can be made to run great on a xbox or PS2, although the difference in graphic hardware means that it's appearence may be altered, and it may not take advantage of the newest texture and lighting technology..
